License
SwingIQ grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for personal, non-commercial use. The app, its art, code, and branding remain the property of Gustavo Payano Vasquez.
Pro tier
Optional Pro access may be available as monthly or annual subscriptions or a lifetime purchase through StoreKit 2. Available products, localized prices, billing terms, and renewal details are displayed in the app before purchase. Restore Purchases is available for eligible non-consumable access.
Wellness disclaimer
SwingIQ is a tracking tool, not a coaching product. Charts, statistics, and recommendations are informational only and do not constitute medical, fitness, or golf instruction.
User conduct
Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the application, except as permitted by applicable law.
